Bar Chart

Columns, horizontal bars or stacked columns for shift totals and runtimes.

In Studio

In Studio, double-click Bar Chart in the Components category of the Components panel. It is added to the open view, where you can drag it into place.

When to use

Use Bar Chart for totals by category: gallons per shift, hours per pump. Pick stacked to split each total by series.

Value Columns (comma-sep)StringvalueThe dataset column holding each bar's value. For stacked, several columns, comma-separated: each is a series.

DecimalsString(none)Fixed decimal places. Blank shows whole numbers as whole and others to one place.
Show Valuestrue, falsetrueShow each bar's value.
Show Legend (stacked)true, falsetrueShow the legend under a stacked chart.
DataDataset(empty)The bars: a list of rows, each with a label (Label Key) and its value columns (Value Keys). A plain list of numbers, or an object of label: value pairs, also works. Bind it to a Named Query, a script or a dataset.

Binding

This component has no single value binding.

Bind the data property to a Named Query or any dataset of rows. Bars use the HMI analog bar color; stacked series use the trend pen colors, never an alarm color.
